Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
A formal inspection and test of your fixed wiring, with a written condition report.
An EICR assesses the condition of the fixed electrical installation in a property. The inspector tests circuits, checks for damage, wear and non-compliance, and records any observations with classification codes. Landlords in England must have the installation in privately rented homes inspected and tested at least every five years.
