EICR in Stockport – fixed prices from £119

Landlords letting homes here need an EICR at least every five years, and many homeowners book one before selling, after buying an older house, or before planning an extension.

Our fixed EICR prices are set by the number of bedrooms: studio £119, 1 bedroom £129, 2 bedrooms £149, 3 bedrooms £169, 4 bedrooms £199 and 5 bedrooms £229. Each additional consumer unit beyond the first is £25. HMOs, commercial premises, three-phase supplies and homes with six or more bedrooms need a manual quote. Remedial work is not included and is priced and agreed with you separately before it starts.

Larger detached homes in the south of the borough sometimes have more than one consumer unit, for example a separate board for a garage, outbuilding or extension. Please add each extra consumer unit when you book so the fixed price is correct from the start.
